Jan 07, 2008Open Source After a beautiful New Year's Eve performance with guest guitarist Gon, the Source is back in production, finishing the final version of Open Source, the band's Anthem, and getting ready for a couple of Gigs in Punta del Este.
Nov 28, 2007ElektroFest I Pictures Thanks to everyone who attended to the ElektroFest I. Seems even the weather was supporting the party, since it held up the storm until OS had finished. You can find pictures from the Gig here. The band would like to thank the Shannon Irish Pub and Zillertal for supporting the event.
Oct 31, 2007ElektroFest I It's been confirmed. The next Open Source live presentation will be on November 17th. This event in particular will be called "The ElektroFest", and similar events will take place in the future. The venue: Bartolomé Mitre & Buenos Aires. The street will be closed, and the band will start playing shortly after 21:00 Hs. Afterwards a mini-show will be performed inside the Shannon Irish Pub with lots of new stuff.

Sep 21, 2007Gig Postponed The Upcoming Open Source Gig has been postponed. Originally scheduled for Sep 29, it's been delayed since the place was not big enough for the presentation. Arrangements are being made so that the show will be held at an open space, probably in October, but not yet certain, since Rod is travelling to Europe and Sergio will be on holidays.
Sep 20, 2007New Tracks Two new tracks are undergoing production this week. The dramatically dark-wave Love Kills (With a Smile), first track produced entirely with the new band line-up, and the final version of Open Source, the band's Anthem, which is being rewritten totally anew. We hope to have them ready for download during next week.
Sep 05, 2007Rehearsal Recordings Open Source is proud to show you their first recordings. These tracks are far from completion but will give you an insight on our work. Submission was recorded with almost human vocals, and our two most popular original cover versions have been recorded as well.
